Tuesday 17th December, 2019

This is a day of choices: join us for the walk and Christmas lunch, for the walk alone, or for lunch alone (at 1.30 p.m.). You needn’t book for the walk, but it is essential to book for lunch, so contact Carole White well in advance. We will choose a local pub-restaurant: details of venue, menu and cost will be available as soon as possible.

Moor Green is an area which contains a mix of established and developing habitat, which usually has a wide range of water birds and passerines, with a strong chance of raptors and owls. During the morning we will walk around the lakes (possibly a short walk for some and a longer walk for others) to see whatever is available at that season.

Meet at Moor Green NR car park at 10 a.m. for the walk. (SU805627/ RG40 3TJ)
