Joint NDOC/BOC field trip to Walbury Hill

Circular walk of about 6km, to see winter farmland species. The walk includes a steep section at the end and is weather dependent.

Day trip by minibus to Keyhaven and Pennington Marshes

Charge: £18, accompanied juniors travel free

This area offers a mix of marsh, meadow, gorse scrub and sea. It can produce a huge list, ranging from raptors to Dartford Warblers, from divers to sandpipers. Priority given to BOC members until November 3rd.

Depart 08:00 Reading University car park 1A, Shinfield Road main entrance (SU728719, RG6 6UR). Free parking.
